José Manuel Barroso e George W. Bush encontram-se hoje num jantar em Bruxelas. Hoje de manhã, Bush confessou que estava ansioso pelo encontro e referiu-se a Barroso como "the personification of the European Dream". "Only two years ago Jose was serving coffee in the Azores and today he's the President of the European Commission. Awesome!" - exclamou um visivelmente excitado George Bush.
